Sustainability & Smart Design

Veritas Villages are designed for people who value freedom, self-sufficiency, and a high quality of life. Each community includes renewable energy systems, natural water sources, and food production spaces such as orchards, gardens, hydroponics, and areas for small livestock — with the option to grow food on your own property.

Homes are built using durable, eco-sensible construction methods and include energy-efficient appliances. Off-grid solar power comes standard and can be scaled to meet your needs. These features give you the ability to live independently without giving up comfort or convenience.

• Renewable Energy

Generate your own power with solar systems designed for each home. Off-grid setups allow you to reduce or eliminate utility bills and reliance on outside providers, giving you more control over your energy needs.

• Natural Water Sources

Each community is designed with reliable access to clean, natural water. Deep wells, springs, and other local sources provide water for homes, gardens, and irrigation so you can live with confidence year-round.

• Perfect Growing Conditions

The community produces its food as well as enjoying the produce of the farmers surrounding the community. Enjoy being part of self-reliance from small orchards and gardens to full homestead living.

• Off-Grid Systems

Fully off-grid solar systems with large solar arrays and storage capacity allows for each individual home to act as a stand-alone unit, maximizing self sufficiency.

• Bio-Filters

Each homesite is equipped with its own bio-filter unit. These are 5 stage filtration systems that recycle all water that passes through a home, filtering it to 98-99% purity and reusing the water for irrigation. These systems create a second use for otherwise wasted water and dramatically increase the efficiency of a home and its landscaping.

• Construction Methodology

Insulated roofs, dual pane windows, M2 (insulated concrete) walls, and high quality finishes create not only a beautiful environment to live in, but a comfortable and efficient home. All of which are above and beyond the standard practices of the region.

• Appliances

Practical and efficient appliances such as high SEER rating air conditioners are a standard for our Veritas communities.

• Beautiful Homes

Select and customize your home from our beautiful, designed for efficiency homes. Including, but not limited to, large estates, tiny homes, mid-size homes, lifestyle farm homes and unique lodging. There is a home that fits your needs exactly!
